Gene Munster believes that Apple will release a iOS based TV set sometime in 2012.  He also projects that by 2014 these TV's could be generating 6 billion dollars in extra revenue for Apple.  Source Business Insider

I would really like to see this.  Maybe Steve is a secret home theater guy and might realize that his TV would break matched sets and he could finally get this control over HDMI system working for everyone.  I wish home theater makers would come up with a common protocol to control everything through HDMI signaling it would rock.
