Shing Yin from Citadel Securities speculates that Sprint will have an iPhone by the Christmas shopping season.  He claims there are no reasons that AT&T or Verizon would particularly oppose this issue, AT&T in particular would remain quiet or invoke more wrath from Sprint's CEO about AT&T's acquisition of T-Mobile.  Sprint the last major holdout of unlimited plans would be in an attractive position to lure more cost motivated consumers who are looking for a deal and not to have to worry about going over on their data plans.
