Digitimes reports that Pegatron has received an order for 15 million "Next Generation" iPhones with a ship date of September.  It's interesting that Foxconn has not received this order, but Pegatron has been building devices for Apple already as they reported less revenue due to a decrease in iPhone 4 orders in 2011.  With a ship month of September it appears that we may hear an announcement this month from Apple for an event that lays out the next iPhone and it's release date.
